How to reach us
The quickest route is the telephone. Call (604) 632-4959 during Pacific business hours and you will reach a senior member of the team. If you prefer to write, email info@SAZ.ca with a short description of your office, development or portfolio, the main concern and the best time to speak, and we will reply with proposed next steps.
Because we deliver most work remotely, location rarely matters. We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and serve organisations in every Canadian province and territory. Where physical work is required, we coordinate trusted local trades.
What to expect from a first conversation
The first thirty-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. We will ask about the size of the business, the systems you use, how agents or staff work and what has prompted the call. We listen first, then offer a candid view of what is urgent, what is important and what can wait.
If it is useful, we follow the call with a short written findings note. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and, where possible, suggest someone who is.
Useful things to have to hand
You do not need to prepare a technical briefing. It helps to know roughly how many people work in the business, which email platform you use, whether your agents or staff use their own devices, and the names of the main systems for client records, accounting and property management.
If you are calling about a suspected fraud or compromise, say so at once. We will prioritise the call and talk you through the first steps: contacting your bank, preserving evidence and securing accounts.
Urgent matters
For a suspected payment-redirection fraud, call your bank and the receiving bank first, as speed is critical to any chance of recall, and then call us. We can help preserve the compromised mailbox, identify how access was obtained and secure the accounts. Report the incident to police and to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
For ordinary support requests from existing clients, use the helpdesk number and portal supplied during onboarding.
Who answers
Calls and emails are answered by senior members of the team, not by an outsourced call centre. If you leave a message, we aim to respond within one business day. If you describe a matter that is outside our field, such as a legal question about a contract, we will say so and suggest the kind of professional to approach.
We welcome introductions from lawyers, accountants, insurers and other advisors who work with real estate firms, and we are comfortable working inside a team that includes them.
Privacy of your enquiry
This website has no contact forms and does not use third-party form services. When you email or call us, we use what you tell us to respond and to prepare any proposal, and we do not sell or share it. If you would like us to delete an enquiry, tell us and we will do so.
Our full privacy policy is available on this site, together with our terms of use. You can also find ITRE's parent practices at saz.ca and sedighi.ca.
